Police have scared my parents with a summons to court because neighbour thinks our security cameras are?

My parents house has been constantly vandalized by their neighbors , we even caught them once but police didn't press charges because there were no independent witnesses.

Anyway, as long as the cameras aren't recording over the fense line, your parents are fine. The police should have reviewed the tape(s) to see what the cameras are recording, if anything.
Don't worry about the neighbors. If they continue to complain to the police, just have the police review the tapes to prove they aren't doing anything wrong.
