How to fix a door lock that is jammed shut?
My balcony door won't open - the lock turns and it sounds like it should be unlocked but it won't budge.

Find where the door is stck and use a plane to shave the door to free it up and then paint it to keep moisture out of the door is the problem, it its the lock then replace it or find the fault and fix.
